Gavel is a café located in Fountain Square, focused on unique, curated beverages, select small plate foods. We prioritize the customer’s experience, and endeavor to deliver premium quality food and beverage products. The focus of our menu is a full coffee bar including espresso and pour over coffee, and high presentation, low-proof cocktails. Employees will undergo training focused on developing skills related to customer service as well as applied knowledge of coffee, cocktailing and food prep. All staff will be required to understand the foundation of these departments and be able to communicate with and serve customers efficiently.
We don’t really do titles, as we work as a team, covering all aspects of serving the customer, and preparing the beverage or food for their best experience. Ultimately, we want Gavel employees to deliver a high quality product with a very high standard of customer service.
